Laying tile effect laminate

Kitchen fitters have quoted me £150 to lay tile effect laminate in our new kitchen. 17.5m2 and they'll supply the underlay but obviously not the flooring. Could do it myself but haven't got time with work. I thought it was reasonable but wouldn't have a clue what others usually charge.

£10 a Sq meter to fit, so not a bad price.

I concur, you wont find a price any cheaper, if you do consider what you will get!

What are you stalling for? a price of £1 per m sq?

But at £10 what will they do? have you got an estimate or quote?

Whats the schedule of works what have they included and excluded, have they left a sting in the tail?

You obviously have some doubts otherwise you would not be asking they would have convinced you.
Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.

Space is not merely slightly curved it can be bent to touch itself without breaking the rules of relativity. :rotfl:

No no no!! :p No doubts, I was just curious as to what other folk charge. They were installing the kitchen when they gave me a quote for the floor, and I asked that question whilst waiting for the flooring to arrive but I'd already given them the nod. Anyway, the flooring only arrived yesterday. But they came this morning and fitted it. Top notch job too, plus their efforts on the kitchen were first class. Everyone who's seen our kitchen has asked who did it. :T;)
