Hi all,
Thought I'd share my fairly costly mistake with you today.

I pre-booked my train tickets for a work course for £25. Picked them up this morning from the self service machine. It wasn't till I got on the train and presented them that I realised I had the credit card advice ticket and two seat reservations but not two tickets.

Despite this clearly indicating I had bought two tickets I then had to buy two tickets at £38.50 :mad:

If I write really nicely with evidence they may give me vouchers but are unlikely to give me my money back.
