help! Credit card fee's

hi there, can someone point me in the right direction please. since late 2007 ive had a natwest credit card only because they are my bank and they told me to leave egg because the rates would'nt be as high,blah blah blah, so i used my credit card like i did with my egg card as i needed to buy a new tv due to ours blowing up. next thing i know they are chaging me for spending on it 38.91 a month and that has been ever since. what should i do? i recently gone self employed and times are hard and could do with all that money back. help please:beer:
