My husband and I took advantage of MG Rover's car scheme, which meant we were covered under Rover's comprehensive insurance policy, now with Rover closed I cannot prove my no claims, so my car insurance is more expensive.
Any advice please ?

Wont the insurance have been undertaken by a 3rd party not Rover themselves ? it should say on the documents who to contact

As deanos says, Rover was not an insurance company so it will have been underwritten by someone like UKI or NU who are still certainly trading.
