Asda Credit Card: Website Troubles

Good evening,
Has anyone else been having dreadful problems with the Asda credit card website? For the past 3-4 months I've been having to settle the balance over the phone as there have been issues processing payments online.
As if that wasn't inconvenient enough I logged in to pay my balance tonight only to have my keyboard stop working half way through the process! At first I put it down to a system error, driver error or even a keyboard lock issue, but having exhausted those avenues and rebooted my laptop was operating again perfectly.... or so I thought until I tried (again unsuccessfully) to complete a transaction on the Asda Finance website, when the same thing happened again!
I'm currently in the process of penning a letter of complaint and cancellation, but I'd be grateful if anyone else who's had a similar experience could post here - I'd like to know I'm not going mad at least! Also if you have been affected, have you corresponded with Asda Finance at all regarding the issue?
