Myself and husband claim JSA jointly. But I have found that I now have health problems which have returned and am thinking of going on the sick. I am going to doctors tomorrow. If I go on sick will this muck up the claim for my husand who is on JSA? how long does all this take to sort out? as I dont want us to be without any more at all? I have been told he will continue signing on whilst I claim sick. Anyone please advise here?
