Britsih Heart Foundation Jog 2006 - Canary Wharf
I am going to be participating in the British Heart Foundation's Canary Wharf Jog in exactly 2 weeks time (a run would have been a bit too much for me!).
Heart and circulatory disease is UK's biggest killer and is the cause of 4 out of 10 deaths in the UK. My uncle died of a heart attack last year aged just over 50, so it can affect anyone. Every day 657 people have their lives cut short by the disease, and the BHF need all the help they can get in beating it.
