Paid Incorrect Wage

I wonder if anyone could advise me on what to do here, I started a job that was seasonal it's now come to an end, I signed a contract for £7.50 an hour until the 15th of July that would rise to £8.50 until the 1st September.
I was told both at the interview and over the phone when I first applied that the rise was to cover the extra work during the busy times (it was a holiday park) but the manager said that he never said I would be paid £8.50 when I showed him the contract he said Ah yes that's a printing error:eek:.
Any advice on what to do here I have the contract still, as I have left now I don't mind kicking up a fuss:mad:. thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
I should add that the job was to last until 31st October and they should have given me a months notice if it was to end before but they said they did not have enough bookings and got rid of quite a few staff members at the same time!

keep copies of your payslips.
You could lodge a tribunal claim for breach of contract.0 -
I have written to the head office and if they don't react, I plan to take it to a tribunal, I'll keep you updated. thanks
I found 3 more people they also did this to too!0 -
I would expect them to honour the contract.
If they really wanted to pay the lower amount as it was in error, then I would expect them to start steps to get it corrected (i.e. agree a revised contract with you from here onward).0
