I wanna buy grey hair dye

Ok I know this is a weird request, but does anyone know if you can buy grey hair dye, Not to cover grey but to turn your hair grey.
My brother always said when he was 30 he would dye his hair grey if he wasn't already grey. I reminded him of this the other day as he was 30 earlier this month. Now he claims he can't find any anywhere so who better to ask than the fountain of knowledge on MSE.
So any ideas & if you can even buy the stuff it would be great.

Try Sally beauty supplies or (depending on where you are) Screenface.
Both should have "silver" hair dyes that will do the trick, although depending on his current hair colour, you may need to bleach his hair first to get the colour to take.
You may also be able to buy a silver coloured dye on ebay.
