Yes, I got sent a letter a couple of months back with a leaflet inside it detailing all the changes to their terms and conditions, the main one being that they will be imposing a balance transfer fee of 2% on all transactions with a minimum fee of £5.
I read the leaflet several times and it looks as though that fee is uncapped.:eek:0 -
Yes, I received the new terms and also confirmed by CS over the phone. You may be eligible for 5.9% or 0% for 6 month offer so best make use of it asap if you need it.0

I have phoned them a couple of times and they have only offered me 9.9% for 6 months. This is still better than with another card that has offered me 5.9% with a 2% fee.
I will keep trying until the 29th and then take the 9.9% if they don't offer me any better.
They have never offered me a life of balance deal which I would love to get from them.0
