feeling pretty happy with myself

I have my list of who to buy for all sorted together with an amount I would be willing to spend on them all the while hoping i can pick something up cheaper and cut costs

so far i have bought gifts for 9 of them - the amount i would have been willing to spend on those 9 peeps is £105 (in total).

I am amazed to find that I have only spent £31.50 so far :j:D

  • well , I started by scouring the house for gifts we had been given last year that had not been opened and could be recycled so some very good friends with a new baby are getting the digital photo frame we have yet to unpack , and my BIl is getting the rubber duck bath radio that dh shoved in the present box as soon as he recieved it. and My aunt is getting a lovely bodyshop gift set i was given as a thankyou gift but have never opened

MIL is getting the umbrella and bag set from Yves-rocher and my sister is getting the necklace and earrings that came with it - both at a total cost of 3.95

My surro son is getting a set of electric drum type things i picked up in lloyds in july for £4, My sister is getting the m&S bath goodies that were on special offer for £1.94 a while ago

most of my spend has gone on my mums gift a lovely cardigan she saw when we were shopping together it was her full budget of £20.

just have to keep going now and finish it under budget too !
