Opinions on heated mirrors/demista pads?

Worth the money? Waste of money?

Want one? Think you'd have been as well not having one?

Can't make my mind up (there's a surprise!).

Just had a new bathroom put in and will be using extractor fan but the whole bathroom is tiled with white pvc ceiling panels and the condensation does still seem to collect a bit.

I have to buy a new mirror so wondered if it was worth considering a heated pad for it too?

I'd personally recommend one but only because when I have a shave, it's normally straight after having a shower. So for me it's a godesnd and wouldn't be without one.

Clean your mirror with a squirt of shaving gel and it wont steam up ;)

I bought a de-mister pad from a great shop on eBay - at a great price too. We haven't fitted it yet as just finishing off our bathroom but it was a slightly cheaper option than buying a mirror with one built in
