A Bicycle Trainer / Turbo Trainer

There's this big thing outside your house, called 'the world'. Buy a bike, and explore it.0

As above. Then, if you need to stay indoors get a turbo.0

I've got a Tacx speedmatic with 10 resistance settings. Its useful for setting up in the garage when the weather is adverse or when I'm late home from work and have missed the light.
I'd prefer to be out on the road if possible though, its more varied and interesting.0 -
I bought a basic turbo trainer from "Wiggle.co.uk" for about £70. It is quiet and sturdy and folds away. If you are going to use a turbo trainer, then try to make the sessions as easy as possible (easy = less boring), by doing various intervals. Also put a towel under the bike, because you will sweat buckets.0
