VoIP incoming numbers in Switzerland and France

I'm looking for a service to provide cheap (or even free) incoming SIP numbers in France and Switzerland.
The cheapest I have found so far:
http://www.mydivert.com - costs €2.50/month for France and €7/month for Switzerland
http://www.sipcall.ch - has a free service with a Basel area code number, or costs CHF 1.90 / month for any Swiss area code. I tried to sign up for the free service as a test run but it rejected my application for unclear reasons - maybe because I entered a UK address.
Does anyone have any experience of these services or can suggest any alternatives?

Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

try looking at Localphone, 75p and £1.25 a month
but some countries do require that subscribers give an address there0 -
Thanks for that - I already have an account with Localphone - I hadn't realised they operated outside the UK. D'oh...
I was also looking at MyDivert which is €2.50 per month...Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
