40 Days And Counting

It is now 40 days until we attend court. The day seems to be coming round so fast. What is making it that much harder is the fact our creditors love to hassle us.
To be fair, having been in a DMP, we have had minimal contact but today Northern Rock wrote to us. "If you pay us £3500 we will stop the interest!" yeah right i have been asking for 2 years for this to happen and they didn't do it but good try.
Wonga (Pay Day Loan Company) - i wrote to them advising i couldn't pay and after speaking with NDL and Payplan are currently reviewing our circumstances. however, they don't accept that and will continue to write to us etc etc
I am still waiting for the other creditors to start with the letters and phone calls.
As i don't indulge telephone calls, i always request written communication, should we be indulging these people with responses or should just ignore them
