Having an extra radiator fitted.

Options
Hi

We would like a new radiator fitted in our living room as it is quite large room and the one double radiator we have isn't getting the job done. We have a decent system and a new Combi Boiler so we know that it is the fact that the room is quite large and we need another radiator in it.

Problem, the only place I can think to have it is on the wall the connects to the next property and not an internal wall, is this a problem? Plus I'm not sure how they'll run the pipes in. Will it be down the corner of the wall (as the boiler is upstairs) and I'll have to put coving on them or something?

How much am I looking at for a double radiator including fitting and does the person that is doing it have to be Gas Safe Registered with it being a radiator and not a boiler?

Sorry for the long post but I wanted to make sure I give as much info as possible.

Terri xx
