Protected Right Fund pension = tax free lump sum + small reduced pension, can I repen

OK, completely inexperienced with pensions etc.. Have a protected rights fund, thinking of taking some cash out of it now (to help pay off some debts), can I then repension the annuity ? (what is left to pay me a tiny reduced pension)

Yes I had tears , but they were more for Jean I think, being a mum we somehow magnify in our hearts what our children are feeling. You can do that.
