Protected Right Fund pension = tax free lump sum + small reduced pension, can I repen

OK, completely inexperienced with pensions etc.. Have a protected rights fund, thinking of taking some cash out of it now (to help pay off some debts), can I then repension the annuity ? (what is left to pay me a tiny reduced pension) :confused:

  • Yes I had tears , but they were more for Jean I think, being a mum we somehow magnify in our hearts what our children are feeling. I think relifewise Stacey's own inner defence mechanism could block a lot of it out, whereas mum's memory is there forever (unless she was having a "moment" too ! ) XXXX

    You can do that.

    However you need to consider Dunstonh's reply on your other thread ( by the way it would have been better to keep it all together ) regarding your age.
