Appliance included in BR has blown up

A household appliance i got 10 months ago and was included in my catalouge debt has blown up, it was under the makers guarantee as that lasts for 12 months, will i have to pay for the repair under these circumstances. The extended warranty was cancelled but i am trying to get the repair under the makers 12 months guarantee.

You originally bought the goods, and you still own the goods, inside of the warranty period. Therefore, under your statutory rights granted by the Sale of Goods Act, and the additional rights granted by the manufacturer's warranty, I can't see why they would not fix it.
The extended warranty is a separate arrangement and would have no bearing on your other rights.0 -
