Landlords like this give others a bad name

And I use the word landlord very very loosely. :mad:
I was sent this article and it is easy to see how one (very bad) landlord gives others a bad name.
I am glad to see the council stepped in to do the repairs, but honestly the sooner idiots like this are removed from being landlords the better for all of us.
I read this and was astounded that the electrics had never been tested, quite clearly the installation was dated.
No gas certificates could be produced.
The fire precautions had been removed
Unbelievable!!!!!!!
