400 x/net, 300 texts, Unlimited Landline, 10GB Broadband, free phone: 88p/Month!

It is possible to get a brand new mobile phone (Nokia 1650 or Samsung E1100 Black) on an 18 month contract (RACOON 30) for £3.94p/month on an e2Save cashback deal. Combine this with £40 cashback from QUIDCO and it reduces the cost to just £1.71p/month

The RACOON 30 (18 MONTH) contract provides 400 x/net minutes to UK mobiles, unlimited calls to UK landlines and 300 texts per month. You can also register a 'magic number' (which must be another UK Orange mobile) every 3 months and get unlimited free calls to those 'magic numbers'.

Even better, on all Orange mobile tariffs (£15 and up) you can now get free Home Broadband! So, once you have started your Orange mobile contract, sign up for the free Orange home broadband via SIMPLIFYDIGITAL and get £15 cashback. This reduces the cost of the whole deal to just 88p/month.

Of course, if you have no desire for Orange home broadband (or, it's not available in your area) you can just stick with the mobile phone deal - £1.71/month after e2Save and Quidco cashbacks! It is still a cracking good deal!

e2Save may have been much maligned on this and other forums but I had no problems getting cashback on a previous 18 month contract - and the instructions for getting cashback are now better worded and you now have 60 days to submit each of your cashback claims. On an 18 month contract you submit claims following bill 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 from Orange.

e2Save is part of Carphone Warehouse and you can get similar deals with two other Carphone Warehouse subsidiaries (One Stop Phone Shop; The Phone Spot).

It looks like cpw have taken over the mantle of cheap deals (be in the phones are cheap as well).

Used to be phones4u were offering very good deals up till a few months back.

The deals are ok if you can live with a basic phone without any frills and you are well informed about cashbacks. I quite like the look of the k330 (but again its a basic phone).

i agree, but you could buy the phone you want out right and still make a massive saving doing this, my contract is up in december, im really tempted by this sort of deal this time.

and the fact i can swap my o2 bb with this orange too

Yes, I think that is the point. It works out cheaper overall to BUY a PAYG phone for use on a cashback contract! In my case, I did not need a new phone and I am giving away the new phone as an Xmas present!

Yes, O2 did offer free broadband to its mobile phone customers at one time. But that offer has now ceased. I am not sure how good Orange broadband is but I have heard the Orange broadband customer service is poor (in contrast to the excellent Orange mobile phone customer service).

QUIDCO cashbacks may not be too reliable and, I must admit, I took an upfront discount of £20 from e2Save for taking out the contract - rather than relying on the £40 cashback from QUIDCO, even though I was successful on a previous Quidco cashback deal from e2Save!

I rec free broadband from a 12 month free deal through OSPS in 2007, although I do not have a Orange mobile anymore I still have the free broadband, probably beacause I paid the extra £5 for the VOIP line to get free calls. In the 2 1/2 years I have had it, I have had no major prpblems with the broadband.

topcashback offer £36.50 for e2save but they actually price match and gave the same back as quidco - if that helps anyone not with quidco for this
