I have had some success of recovering some personal bank overdraft charges, however I am self employed and have a 'Sole Trade' business account and over the years have incurred quite a lot of overdraft charges, does anyone know if these are recoverable too? I also have a Ltd company too (my wife and I are the only directors) but I guess that is not eligible as business account costs tend to subsidise personal accounts. Thanks
