RE VOUCHER BOOK I went into my branch and they didnt know what I was talking about. When I showed the girl that there was a great big sign on the glass panel in front of her, she went to ask the manager. He refused to issue one unless I paid in a cheque for £1000! Any comments?

In my branch there were stacks of them on the counter and side table I'd suggest you have a look around the branches in your area.

I popped into my local branch and picked up 3 for the London area. No one was bothered about me paying anything in etc. It would be good it you could get hold of booklets from other areas. I am visiting near Manchester over the summer and it would be great to get hold of some for the Northwest.

Yes thats a good point. If anyone has got spare copies of the north booklet PM me and we'll arrange a swap for my spare southern UK booklet.

If there were no terms and conditions on the poster I'd be tempted to send a letter complaining (recorded delivery) to the area manager.
