Hi everyone,
i need a bit of help.
my 10 year old has asked me if he can have a party for his 11th bday in feb, i have said yes as this will be the last party he has as he goes to senior school next september.
i have contacted a few halls and they seem reasonable about £11 per hour but what sort of party would be best
disco, themed, bouncy castle, over sized games
heellllppppp
he hasnt had a proper party since his 6th birthday instead we took a few friends to the zoo/bowling/cinema so i think im a bit behind with the times.
thanks for any help in advance

What does he like? I would suggest a disco as some of his guests might think they're a bit cool for bouncy castles. Unless (if he is into football) you contacted your local leisure centre and hired out the football pitch - you could have 5 a side games. Runs the energy out of them too.
You put everyones name into a bag and pull out 5 per team - then make them a velcro patch of a big circle (for the circle team example) and display the teams on a list near the door when they come in.
You could do his cake like a football trophy too.2014 will be all about ME!
( well that hasn't happened!!!)

thanks for your reply,
he does like football but he wants a mixed girls and boys party and most of the girls are not into football, he is really into street dancing so i thought a disco would be ok,
i thought about a theme but not hsm as my son cant stand it, maybe movie stars ???????????
im trying to think what could fill the 2 hours or 1 /12 hours up !
say 6.30pm disco starts 7pm food then what he he he

What about a James Bond theme? All the boys can wear the smart jackets and the girls can dress up in mums sparkly bits. You could have Bond music and themed games. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

thankyou money maker !
i will ask him when he gets in from school !
i think its much easier for girls parties than boys lol0 -
Or, perhaps a murder mystery type party. Kids wear same sort of stuff, lights go out, an adult is murdered/kidnapped and an 'inspector' enters the room. Perhaps using forfeits or clues for the partygoers to solve the crime.
Would take a bit of thinking out though. I'm not normally full of ideas...!Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
