By agreeing to be part of the survey SKOPOS is running on behalf of gardenersworld.com, you will automatically qualify for the prize draw. By entering, you agree to abide by the following rules and conditions. Individual respondentsÂ’ data will not be identifiable and all relevant Market Research Society guidelines will be followed.

1. To be eligible for the prize draw, you must complete all the questions set out in the online survey. No responsibility can be accepted for survey responses which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted due to computer malfunction or any other reason.

2. There is a limit of one entry per person.

3. This draw is open to all persons over the age of 16 years except employees of SKOPOS or gardenersworld.

4. No purchase is necessary for entry in the prize draw.

5. The winner will be chosen at random from those entrants who have completed the online questionnaire.

6. All surveys must have been submitted by midnight on September 18th 2009. Any survey completed after that date will not be valid for the prize draw. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by no later than October 2nd 2009 by email.

7. The winner shall receive a cheque for Â£250, and five (5) runners up will each receive a cheque for Â£50.

8. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

9. gardenersworld.comÂ’s decision in awarding prizes in this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. gardenersworld.com has the right to withdraw or amend this survey and the related prize draw at any time.

EDIT: The link you posted is user or time specific, i went to gardeners world site, and a little pop-up came up asking me to take the survey, and it worked.
