0% credit card chq

I need to borrow £5000 in short term, I have been sent a 0% barclaycard chq does anyone know if this can be used to pay an indiviual bill or wether it is just for balance transfer

    It's a cheque. Use it how you please.

    However, be sure you have over £5k of available credit before you try it. :)
