• We will provide 3 nights bed and breakfast in a hotel in Vegas, return flights from a UK airport of our choosing to Las Vegas (ideally this will be from an airport closest to the winner but it depends on flight availability and price, if the airport is more than 30 miles from their home we will provide return rail travel to the departure airport), airport transfers in USA, entry to gig in Las Vegas on Nov 6th. There is no meet and greet with the artist.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring they have the relevant full UK passport to enable them to travel to the USA.
• Winners must provide their own travel insurance, they are solely responsible for filling in any US government forms prior to travelling (on the ESTA website from which they will need pre clearance to travel from the US Customs dept, they fill in a form online and approval to travel or not is emailed back, we are not responsible for the US Customs Dept NOT clearing anyone to travel).
• Winners must sign the SONY Music disclaimer in order to accept the prize, which will state the terms and conditions and the prize offered.
• Winner must be 18 or over, if under 18 they must travel with a parent or guardian.
• If the winner is unable to accept the prize cash alternatives are not available and prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Sony Music reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
