replacement window quote

is there a rule of thumb for replacement window costs? We need no fewer than 33 almost identical frames 60cm wide x 120cm, mainly in sets of three per room. There are no fiddly bits, each frame just holds a large pane of glass. In addition, there is one set of patio doors approx 2m x 2m. First quote is 8k, is that near the mark? Grateful for any help.
