loan application after some changes to my record

back in 2004 i had some financial trouble and ended up leaving a motorbike i owned standing not in use, but didn't bother SORN'ing it.
the dvla must have written to me on more than 1 occasion and in the end threatened me with court action.
i paid the required amount and put the whole experience behind me.
now jump forward several years to 2007. i applied for finance on a car and got declined. did a credit check through creditexpert.co.uk and found i had a CCJ on my record.
phoned up the dvla and explained everything and they wrote a letter for me explaining when the debt was paid (which was before the judgement date on my record), and told me to send it to northampton court.
because of the troubles getting finance i ended up borrowing the money off my parents and never got round to sending the letter to the court, so the CCJ was never removed.
jump forward another 2 years to 2009 now and once again i need to get finance for a car, but this time i haven't applied yet as i knew i had the CCJ still on my record.
i sent the letter to the court by fax last week. this week i have checked my credit report again on creditexpert.co.uk and the CCJ has totally disappeared off my record and my credit score has jumped up substantially.
now one thing i noticed while checking my report was that it's saying that i'm not registered on the electoral roll which is not true, i even phoned my local council to check and they provided me with my number on the voting register.
so the question is.... is this down to the way i have input my address on creditexpert, and if so will anyone i apply for finance with have the same issue and assume i'm not on the electoral roll?
also will anyone be able to see that there was a CCJ on my record at any point in time?
lastly, my credit score with experian is now 914. i earn 30-35k a year and i have relatively little debt at the moment, maybe £5500 at the most. my score gets rated as "good," but i am worried that i might get declined again because of this electoral roll issue, and ruin my chances of getting accepted again.
i live in a flat, and the address on the electoral roll is set out like so....
46 block name
road name
town
postcode
on the credit expert site it appears to have put the block name under "property name" but i assume that is for if your house has a name.
anyone have any experience with things like this?
sorry for the long winded post, hope someone can help.
thanks!
