A&L esaver Payee details - How too add?

I doubt A&L will reply to my message over the weekend so i'll try here.

I'm trying to link my A&L current account and A&L esaver. I have them both added to my internet banking page but I need to set up a new "Payee" in order to transfer money between them. I know how this works when adding a new payee which is an A&L current account 9 digit account number and standard sort code, however the esaver seems slightly different.

The esaver has an 11 digit account number. When I add this as a payee do I use 00000000 as the account number and then the 11 digit esaver account number as the reference? and finally, what do I use for the sort code?

For current account to eSaver, see your user guide...

Think you can only withdraw from the eSaver to your nominated current account (that's the one you set the DD up on, and is not necessarily the A&L current account).

There is a Quick Transfer box on the left hand side of your summary page. If you click on the "Transfer money from..." tab you should see both accounts listed.

You have to add them as a new payee before they show up there.

Yeh, i'm just looking to pay in from nominated but it still doesnt list the esaver in quick transfer, yet. That page is what I was looking at originally, so guess I just need confirmation that that's the correct set up for all esaver, specifically 5.

Edit: Ok added as instructions posted above on A&L site, showed up straight away in quick transfer, tested using £1 and the esaver is showing receipt of the payment immediately. So all good, many thanks. (:

Yours is the Online Saver 5 isn't it?

No, it shows up automatically. If the savings account has been linked to an external account, if you ring up A&L they will transfer the link to your A&L current account

Yes, it is, sorry so many accounts, get names mixed up.

I know it should do that, infact, it probably would have done, but as it wasn't I figured it'd be quicker to add it myself.

Anywho, thanks all, case closed (:
