Has anyone had any success in getting Citi Cards to reply or acknowladge any of their letters ? if so what address have you sent yours to.
They told CCCS back in July that they will not accept my DMP but I have continued to send it anyway, luckily they haven't added any interest onto my debt as yet, but on the statement I have received today next months estimated interest is £65.00 which is a lot more than my offer of payment.
I want to try another letter asking them to reconsider but it seems pointless when they don't reply.

Are you sending the letters recorded delivery so you have proof of posting? What address are you sending them to? You need to send them to something like the complaints department.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
