Royal Mail Claim

Not sure if this is the right place to post this

I have made a claim with the royal mail for a lost package (an item i sold on ebay) i posted the claim Friday 8 April.

Does anyone know roughly how long they take to pay out?/Decide on outcome of claim?

I know with all the bank holidays at the moment things get messed up
 Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j

Hi, the process should take around 30 days, from past experience, however it can be longer...keep ringing Royal Mail and pestering them is my advice (obviouslly don't pester too much) just make sure you keep up to date with how the claim is going....
