I am on exactly the same benefits as you. I get long term IB, MRC and LRM DLA.
IB should total £105.45 a week
As you receive DLA, live alone and have no carers you get two disability premiums which topup your Income Support allowance. IS would total £144.65 a week. But as you get IB the two totals are subtracted and you should be getting £39.20 a week Income Support as a top up.
Hope I have made it clear!0 -

You need to make a claim now, and ask for a backdate for the full period. I would seriously suggest you seek legal advice on this one, as the DWP would have had a duty to tell you to claim Income Support for the top-up. You may also be entitled to backdated council and housing benefit, and if this is due to a failure by the DWP, you would be entitled to the full period back on this.
