To be eligible to win a 3GS 16GB Apple iPhone and hands-free headset, entries must be received by midnight on 3 September 2009.

1. Entry to RAC prize draws is open to all RAC Members who are residents of the UK and Channel Islands, except employees of RAC or Aviva Group, their suppliers and associated agencies or anyone connected with the free prize draws.
2. Only one entry per draw per household.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email. In the event that there is no response from a winner within five days, an alternative winner will be drawn. Their names will be available two weeks from the notification of the winners, upon written request to: Seven Squared, 20 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PD.
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. Draws will be made by an independent person on 14 September 2009.
7. The judge’s decision will be final.
8. No correspondence shall be entered into regarding any matter in connection with free prize draws.
9. The winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion entirely or change or substitute it with another offer of equal or greater value.
