Working out how much relisting fee to ask a NPB for?

hi all
right. i have listed an item. it was a buy it now with a qty of 25. i paid £14.70 to list em (paid £9.95 for feature) & they were priced at £9.99 each. 11 of them sold.
i have a buyer is wants to pay by paypal which i do not take. they are very apologetic & they have good feedback & i would like to offer them the chance to pay me a relist fee. as the auction was for 25 items & only 11 sold, any ideas the best way of working out how much the buyer should pay me towards the relist fee?

Divide the origional total amount u paid to list and feature by 25? that the amount per item? roughly 98p:rolleyes: Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j0
