This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of French Connection Limited. No purchase necessary. The prize is as stated and there will be no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner. Access to the internet is required to enter this competition. No responsibility will be accepted for entries corrupted or delayed in transmission. Proof of deliver will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the competition. The competition closes at 10pm on 14th September 2009. The winner will be selected at random from the entries received within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner will be notified via email or telephone. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from the entries which were received before the closing date. The prize is comprised of £500 Great Plains vouchers which can be used on https://www.greatplains.co.uk. Only one entry per entrant Correspondence will not be entered into and judge’s decision is final. Entries, which are late, illegible or not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. The Promoter may request the prize winner to take part in publicity for the competition and by entering the competition, all entrants hereby consent to participate in any publicity for the competition that the Promoter may make.
