Priority Club Rewards Credit Card

Hi,
Has anyone here got one of these cards?
I ask because I wondered when earned loyalty points are usually put to your Priority Club account?
I took one of these cards out on a 10,000 pointpromotion.
I spent on the card and paid all the lot off. That was about 6 weeks ago.
When I phoned the Credit Card helpline they were useless and said they couldn't say when credit points would be made.
Anyone with knowledge on this card appreciated. Thanks

Yes, it's a nightmare to get the points and a nightmare to close down the card.
Having said that we've got 5 nights for free in an expensive New York hotel so can't complain.
If you search the board you'll find plenty of stories of people having problems.
I'd avoid Barclaycard again in future.0
