University 2nd time round

Hey folks!

I'm on my usual in-between-contracts flight of fancy today, where any future is possible.

I'm thinking about selling the house to clear all my debt, I'll have maybe 20k left over, and doing a second 4 year degree course in something more useful than the first one. (4 years cos its scotland) Would have to dispose of house full of stuff, and live in tiny rented room.

Anyone done this?

What questions should I be asking myself?
