8ft Trampoline from Woolworths not del. yet

Has anyone else tried to buy and get the 8ft trampoline and enclosure offer (£99) from Woolworths.

I ordered on the 11th of April and on the website it said that it would be delivered on or before the 18th. The enclosure arrived on the 14th but as yet no trampoline.

I've contacted the Customer Service - no phone number - via their site but both the times the replies have said that it's with the courier and they will deliver it ASAP.

Is it unreasonable to ask for an exact not ASAP delivery date?

It wouldn't be so bad but I have three small children who want to know when the trampoline is coming and it's driving me potty.

The Woolies trampoline and cage I ordered on the 12th was delivered on the 25-Apr-2006, It was dispatched on 2 separate dates and arrived on 2 deliveries.
The reason for the Trampoline being delivered separately from the cage was that the trampoline is so heavy it's a 2 man lift delivery job and so special arrangements have to be made to ensure 2 delivery men are in the same van.
I haven't seen it yet but my daughter is pleased with the quality and the grandchildren are delighted.
The price now for both shows those that do get the items as ordered have got a bargain.
Sorry your order hasn't been completed yet. If you got an "item dispatched" note from Woolies then the missing item is probably with the delivery company somewhere so I'd pressure them, as well as Woolies.

Thanks I've emailed them "again" as there's no phone number. It's much easier for them to blag me in an email harder in person hence no number I suppose. At this rate the children will have left home by the time it arrives.

Thanks, I eventually spotted this number on the delivery sheet for the enclosure. I called them they gave me the number of the courier in England who when I called gave me the number of the courier in Scotland and at last almost one month later the trampoline will be delivered next Tuesday.

Can't help think that Customer Services should have done all this calling around though and not just passed the buck onto me and it did take 6 email and one phone call before they actually bothered their bums to do anything at all.

Moral of this story, if you live in England it's fine to get something heavy delivered on time if you live in Scotland buy from somewhere else.

We've just had the same problem with the same offer, the enclosure was delivered on Tuesday, but the trampoline has arrived today.Good offer though wasn't it? they're now charging £20 for delivery on the trampoline and back to £79.99 for the enclosure!
