Is a car allowance in you wage counted as extra income to your wage by the OR?

Hi i hope someone can help, as i am getting very stressed out with this!! I was declared bankrupt last year, i was recently given a early discharge notice:rolleyes: however i had to inform the OR that i had moved house and was struggling to keep on top of all my bills ( as my partner had moved out and i had to move somewhere with a cheaper rent) and make the monthly Income payment agreement.
I normally have a works car which i fuel and they insure and tax for me. However last month whilst i was waiting for the OR to decide if they could do anything to help with the IPA i used my mum's car for work as i can claim £210 car allowance, which i have used to pay for my insurance, and gave my mum towards her road tax and obviously fuel. ( as i was struggling to fuel the company car as it costs a fair bit in fuel)
The OR have now come back to me and said that i qualify for a 6 month payment suspension, which will be reassessed in Feb.
The problem i have is this : when they reassess they will look over my wage slips and see this car allowance, will they consider this to be income, even though it s being used to pay for insurance and tax etc ? do i need to declare it? should i tell my mum i don't want to borrow her car for work and go back to using a company car?? Please help!!
