Gold fish and Westcott Credit advice

Hi All

Does anyone know what has happened to goldfish credit card?

I have been in a payment plan with the CCCS(consumer credit counciling service) for 5 years and looking at my statements from the last 3 months, I noticed that no payments had been made to Wescott who was dealing with my goldfish credit card.
When contacting the cccs they informed me that wescott have told them that the balance has been paid off and infact their is a credit off £250 and that Wescott would be writing to me.
This was around 3 months ago and I still have not heard anything the contact numbers for gold fish are now dead and I had read from another post the address is unkown.
Should I aproach Westcot to find out what is going on?

As the debt was passed to Wescot and payments were being made to them, you would have to ring Wescot and ask about the refund.
