    It depends on the relationship you have with your boss surely? Mine is great, and we both make comments about work (naming no names of course) and equally try and respect that what happens on Facebook is outside of work.
    Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

    It's good that you have such a good relationship with your boss etc, but be careful, because it may come back and bite you on the bum one day.

    And I wouldn't use the Private Message function as it can be kept and used against you later.

    that is so funny, I always think people post such stupid things on facebook, even if you weren't friends with the person there is bound to be someone you have listed on your friends lists that will have them, dangerous as this person found out
