It depends on the relationship you have with your boss surely? Mine is great, and we both make comments about work (naming no names of course) and equally try and respect that what happens on Facebook is outside of work.
It's good that you have such a good relationship with your boss etc, but be careful, because it may come back and bite you on the bum one day.
