Be very quick/lucky - Superdrug baby wipes 69p and BOGOF

Got these in store today as there were 2 different stands. One saying BOGOF at 1.40 ish and then another stand saying reduced to 69p. Came up on the till at 69p each so I mentioned it to the cashier and she got the manager to get them through at BOGOF for 69p in total.

Just checked the website and it seems they have the same deal but only lightly fragranced, no fragrance free available.

Good spot though OP. Are they OK? I hate Asda, Tesco and Huggies wipes (they feel funny) but like the purple Boots and Johnsons....what do you think to these? :cool:

Well luckily the manager was just behind so she didn't have to be called as such. Although if the offer is online then why shouldn't they honour it in store when advertised, you just need to check there are both displays.

Can't really help with quality though, we use them to wash our hands when fishing :rotfl:Sorry!

I work in Superdrug and had it been me that was serving I would have said you can have them for 69p OR at £1.40 BOGOF, not 69p and BOGOF...as one display had £1.40 BOGOF and one had 69p...

To be honest I didn't even stand my ground! I literally asked which price they would be. When she said 69p I just said the stand at the back says BOGOF and the manager came from behind and overode it on the till. Look like I've been lucky :T
Although if they restock on the website it is the same offer. Hope someone else gets it.
