    Exactly, they are franchised so each office will accept/decline offers as they see fit, i'd be looking to make an offer of 45% to start then move to maximum of 60%.

    Forgetting the %'s I just mentioned above, and because i'm cheeky and tight (lol) i'd be offering offering £750 or so to start then move to maximum £1250.......

    i remember reading somewhere a while ago that someone made an offer to them and they got a negative impact on there credit file?

    something to do with a agreed terminsation or something like that, long time ago,

    well, the bank raised my limit and i phoned welcome earlier and they said they said £2100 to end the agreement early.

    It was my local branch i phoned also.
