Summer Competition 2009 Terms and Conditions

This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK only who are aged 16 years or over.

The promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

No purchase necessary. To enter this free prize draw, entrants need to complete the sale of one or more mobile phones in accordance with the promoter’s terms and conditions of sale. Only one entry per sale is permitted.

Closing date for the promotion is 12:00 noon on Monday 31st August 2009. To be eligible, mobile phones must be received by the promoter by this time.

The prize is £500 to be paid as a cheque or electronic transfer by PayPal.

There is no alternative to the prize.

The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries. No correspondence will be entered into. The personal details of the winners will be used solely for the distribution of the prize.

The winner will be notified via email or by telephone within one week of the closing date.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

The name and county of the prize winner will be available by sending a SAE to Prize Draw Winner, Eazyfone Group, Guildford House, Heather Close, Lyme Green Business Park, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 0LR: after 07/09/09.
