    You can't sue them for the consequences to you just because they delayed processing your payment!

    Erm, you failed to budget for a payment that you agreed. If they had taken it early you have some grounds but they have absolutely no liability when its processed later. Typically, payments can appear 6 months later (some even up to 6 years).

    The error is yours I'm afraid.
