Hi,
I have been offered a 2nd job I currently earn £18000 and this 2nd job would take my wages to £33000. Does anybody know what percentage tax I would pay on the 2nd job? Is it the same rate until you get to the higher tax band?

No your new employer will not have to pay you maternity pay, as you will not qualify, ie be employed long enough.
If you recieve you tax free allowance in your first job you will pay 20% in your second and be on a BR tax code.0 -
Thought as much - lovely thanks for your help0
