No cash alternative will be available and the prize is non transferable. Prizes must be booked before 27th August 27th November 2009 for stays before 30th November 2009. Prizes must be booked through Best Western Central Reservations on 08717 708707 with a unique booking code provided for the winner. All bookings are subject to Best Western Central Reservations’ promotional room availability. [NB This may differ from room availability for bookings made direct with the hotel.]. Bookings are not available over the Christmas and Bank Holiday periods. All additional spend (such as bar bills and newspapers) must be paid in full prior to departure. Bookings are not valid over Half Term, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s, Easter and bank holidays. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner’s responsibility
