Bizarre experience.

Yesterday wife bought new dress for wedding , got home to find security tag not removed so rang up to be told under no circumstances try and remove it .Took it back today looked up Customer Service , apparently on floor 3,got there couldn't find it , so i asked a member of sraff. . 'We don't have one ' . Is it me or is this less than helpful.Anyway was offered £10 of vouchers , which i happily declined and suggested £25 and a coffee .Got the £25 but not the coffee. On a dress that was well into 3 figures they will not give you the hanger its on., which seems a little churlish Ah well can't win them all. .:money:
