Getting SAAS funding for teacher training?

I have already had funding for an MSc a few years ago, i dropped out of the MSc about half way through as i just couldn't handle the study directly after a 4 year degree, shouldn't have started it but i did, anyway would i still be eligible for funding for a PGCE from the saas (scotland) i think maybe the PGCE is counted as a special category?
