Free website builder but no hosting

I currently have a club website with hosting at Freeola. The site desperately needs a makeover. The content is fine, but the general appearance could do with a refresh.,
I've looked at some web template / web builder sites which have some attractive designs. What I would like is a free web builder - where I can drop in the existing content, and add to it - but one that doesn't offer hosting as we're tied into a deal.
Anyone any ideas?
